1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 51phsky website located at 51phsky.org (the "Platform"), creating a 51phsky account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

51phsky reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 51phsky Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all users of the 51phsky Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses any portion of the website. If you are accessing 51phsky on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 51phsky Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and applicable gaming regulations, the minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling and sports betting is 21 years old. 51phsky strictly enforces this requirement.

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 51phsky, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 51phsky Platform or any other gaming platform operated by 51phsky or its affiliates.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

51phsky reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at 51phsky's sole discretion. 51phsky takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with relevant Philippine authorities in such matters.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 51phsky Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 51phsky account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 51phsky login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 51phsky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: 51phsky may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify 51phsky of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team at [email protected].

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 51phsky Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 51phsky supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 51phsky's discretion.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 51phsky account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 51phsky does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. 51phsky aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Funds deposited via GCash must be withdrawn to the same GCash account used for the deposit, subject to applicable limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 51phsky reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.

51phsky reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 51phsky will notify the affected player as permitted by applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

51phsky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 51phsky reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by 51phsky — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Modification: 51phsky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 51phsky Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generators: All 51phsky slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Results are independently audited for fairness.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Technical disconnections during a live game round will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. 51phsky reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, 51phsky reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. No compensation beyond the original wager will be provided in such circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 51phsky Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 51phsky Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 51phsky staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 51phsky Platform — including but not limited to the 51phsky brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 51phsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 51phsky Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 51phsky content without prior written consent.
• Use the 51phsky name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any 51phsky content.
• Use any 51phsky content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 51phsky intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 51phsky.

9. Privacy & Data

51phsky is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 51phsky.org/privacy-policy.

By registering a 51phsky account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

51phsky implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 51phsky cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 51phsky, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

The 51phsky Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 51phsky makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

In any event, 51phsky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 51phsky account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

51phsky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Determination that the player is under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

51phsky operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
